Regenerative grazing is a thoughtful approach to land stewardship that recognizes cattle as an essential part of a healthy grassland ecosystem. Rather than continuous grazing, livestock are moved with intention and given ample time to rest each pasture. This rhythm of impact and recovery allows grasses to regrow, roots to deepen, and soil life to flourish.
The focus is long-term vitality, not short-term extraction. Healthy soil retains more water, supports stronger forage, and creates a more resilient landscape—one that improves with time rather than degrades under pressure.
On our ranch, regenerative grazing is guided by the six principles of soil health. These principles provide a clear framework for how we manage our land, care for our cattle, and protect the future of the ranch. They shape every decision we make, from daily grazing moves to long-term planning. To learn more about these principals and how we implement them, read about Our Regenerative Grazing Practices.

Our cattle are born and raised on pasture here in Northeast Texas, where Center Point Ranch gets its name. They spend their early lives on our home pastures before being weaned and moved to our Union Valley pasture, located just outside of Royse City.
From there, they remain on pasture for the next year and a half, grazing freely while being thoughtfully finished with grain to support balanced growth, marbling, and flavor. This pasture-based, closely managed approach allows us to remain hands-on throughout their lives and ensures consistency, care, and quality from start to finish.

We believe in keeping things simple and intentional. Our cattle thrive on a diverse mix of pasture grasses, forbs, and carefully selected grains, with their diet adjusted as needed to support each stage of growth. This balanced approach allows the animals to develop naturally over time while supporting health, marbling, and flavor.
In addition to their primary diet, we provide probiotics, free-choice salt, minerals, and apple cider vinegar to support gut health and help maintain a balanced rumen. These small details allow our cattle to make the most of what they eat and continue to thrive on pasture.

Yes and no. If an animal in our care becomes ill, we believe it’s our responsibility to treat that animal as medically necessary. Animal welfare always comes first.
However, any animal that requires antibiotic treatment is removed from our beef program and is not sold to our customers. We make this choice deliberately, selecting only from animals that remain healthy throughout their lives.
For us, providing the best beef means prioritizing health, resilience, and careful management so our customers can feel confident they’re choosing a wholesome, thoughtfully raised product.
-
No. We do not use hormone implants or added growth hormones in our cattle. Instead, we work with nature: selecting cattle that are well-adapted to our environment and thrive under our management practices.
By focusing on genetics, careful nutrition, and attentive care, we eliminate the need for artificially accelerating growth. This approach supports animal wellbeing and aligns with our commitment to raising cattle thoughtfully and producing beef with integrity.

Currently, we sell directly to customers through our website, with options for local delivery and scheduled pickup locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. This direct-to-consumer approach allows us to stay connected to our customers and ensure our beef is handled with care every step of the way.
We’re also exploring partnerships in the East Dallas and North Dallas areas to offer convenient grab-and-go access through hosted freezers or cooler placements. If you’re interested in serving as a bulk beef pickup location or hosting a freezer at your business or establishment, we’d love to hear from you. Please reach out through our contact page; we look forward to working together.

Not at this time. However, we’re actively working to partner with a small group of trusted producers whose values align closely with ours. Our goal is to eventually offer regeneratively raised chicken and lamb raised with the same care, stewardship, and integrity we expect from our own operation.
We’re taking a thoughtful, measured approach to these partnerships to ensure they meet our standards. Please keep an eye out for an announcement later this year as these offerings become available.
